What should I do if I am having problems organising my focus groups?

Contact Liam Greenslade or Tonya Harding as soon as possible for help.

How do I know what questions to ask?

You can download a copy of the Focus Group Script here (DOCUMENT MISSING)

What language should I use in the focus group?

As far as is possible you should try to conduct the groups through the medium of English.

Where this is not possible or practible then you should use the language in which your participants feel most comfortable or able.

Even if you choose to conduct the focus group in English, you should not stop participants from using words or phrases in their own language when it is appropriate
